Constructed from Kinetic Polymer Alloy (KPA) with 2 shells, this helmet is DOT approved and meets the FMVSS 218 Standard. It also includes a "A Class" Polycarbonate face shield that is optically correct, scratch and UV resistant, along with a quick release, quick change mechanism. The chin bar can be flipped 180 degrees, allowing for easy transition between a full or open face helmet.
The Advant helmet is made in the USA or imported, and meets or exceeds DOT FMVSS 218 and ECE 22.06 standards. It weighs 1,600g, +/- 50g, and comes in sizes XS-3XL. The high-performance fiberglass composite construction and the Kinetic Polymer Alloy (KPA) chin bar make for a durable and reliable helmet. It is ECE "P" and "J" certified as both an open and full face helmet and includes a Pinlock Insert at no extra charge.
This helmet also features a micrometric quick release chin strap for a secure closure, a state of the art multi-density EPS, and an emergency release cheek pad system.
